IronNet to go public in $1.2 billion deal with LGL Systems Acquisition

The combined company will move forward as IronNet Cybersecurity Inc., and be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol IRNT. It expects to go public by the third quarter of 2021.
