VMware Fixes High-Severity SQL Injection Bug in HCX

The vulnerability, labeled CVE-2024-38814 and with a CVSS score of 8.8, could allow an authenticated user with non-admin rights to execute unauthorized remote code on the HCX manager using crafted SQL queries.
