PowerDNS DNSdist 1.9.9 released, fixing CVE-2025-30194

A critical vulnerability (CVE-2025-30194) has been identified in PowerDNS DNSdist versions 1.9.0 to 1.9.8, allowing remote attackers to trigger a denial-of-service (DoS) condition when DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) is configured using the nghttp2 provider.
