Outages draw speculation of DDoS attack on U.S. but reality likely more 'boring'

Customers of AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon reported cell service disruptions while the Downdetector reported outages at Google, Zoom, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Netflix, Chase, Hulu, etc.
