High Risk Warning for Windows Ecosystem: New Botnet Family HTTPBot is Expanding

HTTPBot is a newly identified Trojan botnet written in Go, first detected in August 2024 and named by NSFOCUS Fuying Lab for its use of HTTP-based DDoS techniques. It has rapidly expanded, issuing over 200 attack commands by April 2025.
