Hackers Plead Guilty After Breaching Law Enforcement Portal

Two hackers, Sagar Steven Singh and Nicholas Ceraolo, have pleaded guilty to computer intrusion and identity theft. They used a law enforcement officer's stolen password to access a nonpublic portal maintained by a U.S. law enforcement agency.
