Hacker Sends Spam Over 100,000 Emails from Compromised FBI Email Address

The hacker's motives are unknown. The email was a bizarre, incoherent warning that made reference to cybersecurity writer Vinny Troia as well as a cybercriminal group called The Dark Overlord.
