Elevation of Privilege is the #1 Microsoft vulnerability category

For the second year running, Elevation of Privilege was the #1 vulnerability category, accounting for 49% of all vulnerabilities in 2021. Of the 326 remote code execution vulnerabilities reported in 2021, 35 had a CVSS score of 9.0 or higher.
