Auditing Moodle's core hunting for logical bugs

A critical Time-of-Check to Time-of-Use (TOC-TOU) vulnerability has been discovered in Moodle, a widely used open-source learning management system. This flaw enables attackers to bypass SSRF protections and access internal network resources.
